A New Chapter for The Rising Sun

Established in 1851, The Rising Sun Hotel has long been part of Auburn and the Clare Valley community. Now under new family ownership, we’re taking a short pause for a thoughtful refresh — honouring its history and preparing it for the next 175 years.
